Key Responsibilities:
Supply chain
- Preparation of inputs/figures for new service fee budget
- X-check of Havi monthly & quarterly reports, comparison with OMV data
- Preparation reports necessary for Havi figures check (sales, purchase, cases delivered, stocks, km & drivers hours’ calculation, etc.)
- Definition of areas for improvement based on monthly KPIs, simulation of consequences
- Optimization of EDI ordering process (new functions, improvements, problems solution, etc.)
- Preparation of quarterly Havi evaluation
- Preparation of price offers for added distribution tasks and preparation logistic set up
Category management Shop
- Support in defining the shop country strategy and Budget/MTP planning process
- Optimizes Net Working Capital in the Filling Stations
- Fulfilment of the budget for Turnover and Margin of the Categories
- Define, analyse and optimize assortment in shop, setting prices/price ranges for shop products
- Negotiation and establishment of relationship with local suppliers
- Define local promotions and Smile & Drive promotions
- Suppliers bonuses and accruals
Requirements:
- University Education in Economics or Logistics
- 2-5 years of experience in Logistics preferred
- Slovak and English language - Full professional proficiency (B2/C1)
- Advanced knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- SAP knowledge - advantage
- Analytical & IT & problem solving skills
- Good negotiation skills & organisational skills & communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll
- Providing correct payroll inputs and supporting documentation to outsourced payroll agency on timely manner
- Coordination of PIT/annual tax clearing submission for regular employees and expats, supporting tax advisors with all requested data
- Executing bank (salary, personal tax, contribution and voluntary pension fund)
- Time attendance system admin
Compensation and Benefits

- Management of medical checks
- Supporting employees and management while planning/evaluating personnel performance and development goals
- Company cars administration
Other
- SAP HR database management (data entry & data correctness)
- Invoice workflow for personnel costs in SAP
- HR budgeting, reporting, manpower planning
- Expat agenda including PIT preparation process in cooperation with local KPMG
- Responsible for archivation in Iron Mountain and on HR share drives
- HR Project and Change Management: Implementations of the new cross-functional and local HR Projects and Integration of the new acquisitions
- Data protection related activities
- Preparation of HR guidelines and company policies, ensure local implementation
Requirements:
- University Education in Human Resources or Economics
- Slovak and English language - Full professional proficiency (B2/C1)
- Hungarian - Full professional proficiency/Native level (C1/C2)
- 5+ years of experience in HR area
- SAP HR knowledge
- Advanced knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Practical experience in the design and implementation of the new HR process improvements
- Excellent knowledge of HR employment trends, local labour market and competitors
- Excellent project organization and project management experience and broad range of methods
- Accurate and precise working attitude
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Initiative, quick perception as well as an employee oriented mindset
